Add 60mL of Coral Gin, 30mL of pineapple juice, 30mL of cream, 1 tsp of molasses, 3 drops vanilla extract and 3 drops Wonderfoam into an ice-filled cocktail shaker. Shake all the ingredients before keeping liquid but discarding ice. Dry shake and pour into tall glass and let it settle for 45 seconds. Top with ice and soda water then garnish with pineapple leaf or wattleseed.
