Looking for a healthier happy hour? A gin-infused, superfood smoothie is probably the healthiest we are going to get around here. Delicious and refreshing.
INGREDIENTS
50mL Gin
80g Frozen mixed berries
20mL Strawberry / Blackberry liqueur or London to Lima Mulberry & Coca Gin Liqueur
15mL Lime Juice
180mL Tonic water
Fresh Berries and mint
METHOD
1. Crush the ice and frozen berries or pureé (better!) for a smoother drink.
2. Add in the gin, liqueur, lime juice and tonic water, stir and pour into a tall glass.
3. Fresh berries and mint, to garnish.
