The Pink Lady is a wonderful classic eye-catching gin cocktail with a light, frothy texture, fruity notes (apple brandy) and deliciously tart (lemon used to offset the grenadine’s sweetness). Popular in the 1950s! See our Clover Club recipe for a similar sweeter tipple.
45mL gin (we recommend a dry gin)
15mL applejack (apple brandy)
15mL lemon juice
1 egg white
3 maraschino cherries, to garnish
1. Combine your ingredients in a cocktail shaker (including egg white or aquafaba) and shake well (15 secs).
2. Add ice to and shake again.
3. Serve in a martini or coupe glass.
4. Garnish with 3 maraschino cherries
