Rising to fame as the signature cocktail served at Burma’s Pegu Club during British rule, variations on this classic are today served at bars all over the world.
70mL Le Tribute gin
20mL fresh lime juice
10mL sugar syrup
1 dash Angostura orange bitters
1 dash Angostura aromatic bitters
1. Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
2. Shake well.
3. Strain into a chilled coupe or martini glass.
