INGREDIENTS
45mL MGC Single Shot Gin
90mL Fever-Tree Mediterranean Tonic Water
Orange wedge & sprig of thyme to garnish
METHOD
1. Pour gin into a tall (but not too narrow) glass, and fill the glass with ice.
2. Top up with Fever-Tree Mediterranean Tonic (avoid classic Indian tonics).
3. Garnish with a wedge of orange and sprig of thyme.
