Designed by Juno mixologist Courtney Ertel for the specific flavour profile of Juno Extra Fine Gin.
INGREDIENTS
60mL Juno Extra Fine Gin
30mL lime juice
45mL ginger beer
15mL pineapple juice
3 dashes of Angostura bitters
Fresh mint
Orange slice
Lime slice
METHOD
1. Pour gin, lime juice and pineapple juice into a cocktail shaker.
2. Shake vigorously and dump into a tall glass.
3. Top up the glass with ice and ginger beer.
4. Add a dash of Angostura bitters to the top and stir for five seconds.
5. Garnish with mint sprigs, lime and orange slices.
