Designed by a Gin Society expert for the specific flavour profile of Rivo Gin.
INGREDIENTS
50mL Rivo Gin
15mL dry vermouth
30mL freshly squeezed lime juice
15mL sugar syrup
1 barspoon pastis (Ricard or similar)
METHOD
1. Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker.
2. Shake hard until chilled.
3. Using a fine strainer, pour the drink in to a coupe glass.
4. Garnish with a single lemon balm leaf and serve immediately.
Tip: Pastis is an anise-flavoured spirit, and can be substituted for ouzo or sambuca if needed.
