A delicious way to enjoy your fresh strawberries in a refreshing gin cocktail.
INGREDIENTS
45mL gin
Juice of 1 small lime
125mL chilled sparkling water
3 large strawberries, sliced
Mint sprigs
METHOD
1. Place ice cubes in a tall glass.
2. Pour gin into the glass.
3.Pour lime juice and sparkling water over the gin.
4. Add strawberry slices and garnish with mint.
