A wild twist on the Gin Sour – using hand-foraged native botanicals, from Sydney and Scotland’s Isle of Islay.
INGREDIENTS
45mL The Botanist Gin
30mL Lemon Juice
15mL Sugar Syrup
3 Rambling dock leaves
10mL egg white
Rambling Dock sprigs, to garnish
METHOD
Add all ingredients to a shaker or sealed container, shake without ice, add ice, and shake again. Strain into an ice filled glass.
