Inspired by her love for native flowers, Gin Society member Emily has created a special cocktail using gin, cointreau and eucalyptus syrup. Tastes as amazing as it looks!
30mL Lime juice
1 tsp Egg white
30mL Eucalyptus Syrup*
1. Shake all ingredients with ice.
2. Double-strain into a chilled glass.
*Eucalyptus Syrup is sugar syrup made with bruised eucalyptus leaves. Strain after adding washed leaves to taste.
