A slight spin on a classic mule gin cocktail with the addition of chocolate bitters.
30mL Island Gin
Juice of half a lime
Dash of chocolate bitters
1. Pour gin and squeeze lime juice into a long glass.
2. Drop in the used lime skin, then add a large cube of ice.
3. Pour cold ginger beer to the lip of the glass and add two dashes of chocolate bitters.
4. Garnish with a fresh sprig of island mint.
