A delectable cocktail consisting of Grace gin, Amaro di Angostura Liqueur and lemonade best enjoyed before 5 o’clock.
INGREDIENTS
40mL Grace Gin
10mL Amaro di Angostura liqueur
100ml lemonade
Mint Spring, to garnish
METHOD
1. Add the liqueur and gin to a clean highball glass and stir.
2. Top with lemonade and more ice and stir again.
3. Garnish with mint.
