Island life never tasted this fun with Benny Island’s Gin Fizz. A twist on the classic cocktail recipe; it is perfectly balanced – both sweet and tart with a pop of lime and a botanical finish.

INGREDIENTS

60mL Wild Lemon and Hibiscus Gin
45mL flavoured sugar syrup
1/2 fresh lime
Soda water

METHOD

1. Muddle half a lime cut in wedges in a Boston shaker.
2. Add gin, syrup and medium scoop of ice and shake well.
3. Pour into high-ball glass and top up with soda water. Stir and serve at sunset.

Pre-made syrup: Standard sugar syrup infused with equal parts ginger, kaffir lime leaf and fresh lemongrass.
