
Honeyed Coffee Gin & Tonic

30mL Gin
15mL Honey Syrup
45mL Cold-brew coffee
Fever-tree Tonic Water
Fill a glass with ice. Stir to chill the glass, then strain out the melted water. Combine the coffee, honey syrup and gin in the glass. Stir to chill, then top with tonic water, add more ice as needed and twist a lemon peel over the top of the drink and use as a garnish.
The Spiked Coffee Tonic Recipe
In this version, a coffee tonic gets an infusion of brown sugar syrup and gin.

30mL gin
45mL espresso
60mL tonic water
15mL brown sugar syrup
Lemon slice, for garnish
Combine all ingredients in a Highball glass over ice. Stir for approximately 15 seconds to chill and combine ingredients. Garnish with a lemon slice, if using.
Gin Espresso Martini
An extra kick to the iconic cocktail and now commonly referred to as a Ginspresso martini.
1 part espresso coffee
1 part gin
1 part vodka
1/2 part dry vermouth
Dash of orange bitters
Orange twist, to garnish
Combine the ingredients in an ice-filled cocktail shaker. Shake very well. Look for the ‘crema’, as baristas call the foam on top of a good espresso, built by shaking the drink a little harder than other drinks. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with coffee beans or an orange twist.

Very on trend: mixing coffee with your gin and tonic for a punchy drink.

35mL Gin
10mL Espresso, chilled
Tonic water
Lemon twist, to garnish
Pour gin over an ice-filled tall glass. Top up with tonic water. Float the chilled espresso. Lemon peel and coffee beans (optional), to garnish.

An iconic bittersweet aperitif cocktail with a discernible coffee kick by swapping out vermouth for Mr Black Cold Brew Coffee Liqueur.

30mL Gin
30mL Mr Black Cold Brew Coffee Liqueur
30mL Campari
Combine all ingredients into a glass. Add ice and stir. Garnish with an orange wedge or dehydrated citrus.

Stir all ingredients in a mixing glass and strain into a chilled coupette. No garnish needed.
Coffee Collins
The addition of lime juice makes for a refreshing drink.

30mL gin
30mL coffee liqueur
90mL tonic water
Orange slice, to garnish
15ml lime juice
Add coffee liqueur and gin to a collins glass. Add ice and stir. Top with tonic water. Squeeze the Orange Slice then drop it into the glass.
