Canberra Distillery Winter Gin, Australia
This Winter Gin was created by Canberra Distillery for enjoyment on cold Canberra nights. It starts with lightly spiced gin, infused with basil and sweetened after distillation to give it a heady flavour and complex notes. You may also find coriander, cardamom, cinnamon or tangelo ahead of the juniper gin base and the basil infusion. But you’ll likely agree it’s a combination that warms the soul. ABV 38%.
