INGREDIENTS
35mL Gin
10mL Espresso, chilled
Tonic water
Lemon twist, to garnish
METHOD
1. Pour gin over an ice-filled tall glass.
2. Top up with tonic water.
3. Float the chilled espresso.
4. Lemon peel and coffee beans (optional), to garnish.
