The aromatic scents of eucalyptus with warming ginger cocktail – refreshing and relaxing. Created by Gin Society’s Emily with her love of Australian natives.
15mL Aperitif Liqueur
10mL Eucalyptus Syrup
Top with ginger beer
1. Add all ingredients into a tumbler filled with fresh ice.
2. Stir and serve.
3. Eucalyptus leaves, to garnish
To make the syrup dissolve 12 teaspoons of sugar and 12 teaspoons of water in a saucepan then add a small handful of eucalyptus leaves and let simmer for 10 minutes. Strain and serve.
