Spiced Gin Sour


Adding some exotic heat to a classic Gin Sour – gin, cardamom, coconut water, honey and citrus for a taste explosion. Not too spicy and very refreshing – popular with our Instagram followers!


35mL Dry gin
35mL Coconut Water
5mL Cardamom syrup*
5mL Runny Honey
15mL Lemon Juice


1. Add all ingredients into a shaker with ice and shake well.
2. Strain into a chilled coupe or martini glass.
* To make the syrup add 1 cup of water with 1 cup of sugar into a saucepan and stir until sugar has dissolved then add 1/2 teaspoon of cardamom powder and bring to boil. Let mixture sit and steep for an hour and strain into a jar.

Any dry gin will work but try experimenting with some cracked pepper and spices for the oriental kick.
