Porto Negroni

A twist on a classic Negroni cocktail, swapping Vermouth for Port.

INGREDIENTS

1/3 Port Tawny
1/3 Gin
1/3 Campari
Orange zest, to garnish.

METHOD

1. Stir all the ingredients over ice in a cocktail shaker.
2. Strain into an old-fashioned glass over one large ice cube.
3. Orange twist, to garnish.
