A twist on the classic Bramble, this recipe was created by London to Lima distiller Alexander James and local mixologist Javier Laos.
60mL London to Lima Gin
30mL London to Lima Mulberry & Coca Liqueur
30mL lime juice
20mL sugar syrup
Mulberries & mint leaves to garnish
1. Add the gin, lime juice and sugar syrup to a cocktail shaker filled with ice and mix.
2. Strain the mixture into a tumbler glass filled with crushed ice, then carefully add the Mulberry & Coca Liqueur to create a rain-like effect.
3. Garnish with mulberries and coca leaves.
