Hibiscus Gin-Kombucha Cocktail

A rejuvenating cocktail and great for the kombucha curious.

INGREDIENTS

60mL Gin
30mL Campari
15mL Lemon Juice
1/2 teaspoon finely grated fresh ginger
180mL Original Kombucha, chilled
Lemon Orange Rosemary

METHOD

1. Stir gin, Campari, lemon juice, and ginger in a mixing glass.
2. Stir in kombucha.
3. Strain into an ice-filled glass.
4. Lemon or orange slices and sprig of rosemary, to garnish.
