Gingerbread Sour

The mulled wine flavours of Hearts Afire pair beautifully with the gingerbread syrup for a comforting and warming gin sour.

INGREDIENTS

50mL Hearts Afire Gin
25mL lemon juice
25mL Monin Gingerbread Syrup
1 egg white
1 dash orange bitters
Fresh ginger, to garnish

METHOD

1. Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker and dry shake
2. Add ice and shake again
3. Double strain into a chilled glass
4. Garnish with fresh ginger
