Gin Spiked Hot Chocolate

Baby it’s cold outside. Indulge in this warming winter pick-me-up or tasty fireside nightcap. You deserve it.

INGREDIENTS

1/2 cup Good quality chocolate, finely chopped
180mL Heated milk
45mL Gin
Mini Marshmallows

METHOD

1. Put the chopped chocolate in a mug.
2. Pour the hot milk into the mug and let stand for 2 minutes until the chocolate melts, then stir with a spoon until smooth.
3. Add in gin and stir to combine.
4. Add mini Marshmallows, to garnish. Too easy. Enjoy!

You can also garnish with with some fresh raspberries and mint. A London dry gin will work best against the chocolate.
