The Copenhagen Gin Fizz is a classic gin cocktail made with gin, amaro, grapefruit juice and rosemary syrup. Your refined palate will thank you for it.
20mL Lemon Juice
20mL Grapefruit Juice
20mL Rosemary Syrup
1. Dry shake gin, amaro, lemon juice, grapefruit juice, rosemary syrup and egg white to activate the foam from the egg white.
2. Add ice and shake until frozen on the outside.
3. Strain the cocktail into your preferred fizz glass, and top off with soda – garnish with fresh thyme.
