A creamy dessert cocktail with gin, white créme de cacao, fresh cream and grated nutmeg or chocolate.

INGREDIENTS

60mL Gin
60mL White Créme de Cacao
90mL Fresh cream
Grounded Nutmeg or chocolate, to garnish
(Serves 2)

METHOD

1. Add gin, Créme de Cacao and cream into an ice-filled cocktail shaker and give a good shake.
2. Strain and pour into a chilled martini glass.
3. Sprinkle nutmeg or grated chocolate, to garnish.
