Green Ant Gin is based on native green ants along with an infusion of lime zest and coriander. It’s a whole new taste sensation. The green ants are harvested when they nest in the green leaves signalling new life is starting to form on the trees during Windy Time in the Larrakia Country.

Using a secret traditional method, Seven Seasons’ carefully remove the juicy worker ants from the nest – staying clear of breeding times or taking queen ants from their nest. All of their native botanicals are harvested when they are in season and using sustainable methods to ensure they remain plentiful for years to come. Pair this with your favourite tonic, ice and garnish with a lime leaf or finger lime.
