Can I pause or cancel my subscription?

There are no strings attached to your Gin Society subscription – you can pause or cancel at any time. Please email hello@ginsociety.com and we will process your request.

 

Can I change my payment information?

Yes, you can change your payment method up to 24 hours before your next billing date to ensure there are no issues with your transaction and gin delivery. If you do need to change any details after this time, email hello@ginsociety.com and we will do our best to help.

 

What’s your return & refund policy?

Please contact us in regards to returns and refunds, which will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis.

 

Can I change my address so my gin is sent to my workplace, or a friend or family member?

Ginned out for the moment, or going away and would like someone else to enjoy your gin? Feel free to change your address – just make sure you do so more than 24 hours before your next billing date. Please contact us if you’re unsure, or if you have any problems.

 

What if my delivery is damaged?

We know these beautiful gin bottles are fragile and we do our best to ensure your products make it to you intact. If your delivery is damaged in any way, please email hello@ginsociety.com.

 

What is included in a Gin Society subscription?

As a Gin Society member, every two months you’ll receive a full-sized bottle of craft gin, carefully selected by our team of experts. Each gin is accompanied by the Gin Journal magazine – filled with tasting notes and recommended gin cocktail recipes, as well as in-depth interviews with its makers, mixologists and other industry figures – as well as a surprise gift. PLUS members receive free shipping on all orders, as well as invitations to exclusive and special events to celebrate our favourite tipple.

 

Can I buy previous gins from the member portfolio?

Yes! We love to share all things gin with our community, and because we spend hours sourcing the very best gin, we want you to be able to try them again and again. If you loved one of our previous gins – or missed out and want to try it – head over to our Gin Store. If the gin you love is sold out and no longer available, contact us and we’ll do our best to help you source it.
