Andy has lived and breathed hospitality for the past 20 years. He’s done it all. He’s gone from a beverage manager for Michelin-star venues to managing cocktail dive bars to working as a chef and pâtissier and back again. He’s currently the venue manager at Bar Tini on Hosier Lane – a small tapas, cocktail and wine bar, has been here for a year and loved every minute. Before that, he was the manager of a rum bar.
